Terms of Service

By accessing or using Physique AI (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Physique generates a visual projection of a possible future physique based on a photo and information you provide, along with an accompanying training and nutrition blueprint. Projections are illustrative estimates, not guarantees of any specific outcome.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Physique you represent that you meet these requirements.

You retain ownership of the photos and information you submit. You grant Physique a limited license to process this content solely to generate your projection and plan, operate the Service, and improve it in aggregate, de-identified form.

You represent that you have the right to submit any photo you upload and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party.

Physique is a one-time payment of $49 (USD). There is no recurring subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.

If you are not satisfied with your projection or plan, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting support. Refunds outside this window are at our discretion.

Physique does not provide medical advice. The training and nutrition guidance is informational only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical or fitness professional. Consult a physician before beginning any new training or nutrition program.

You agree not to:

• upload photos of anyone other than yourself without their consent;
• upload sexual, violent, or otherwise unlawful content;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service;
• misuse projections to mislead, defraud, or harass others.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your submissions), is owned by Physique and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that projections will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Physique and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
