This Privacy Policy describes how Physique AI (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service at physique.ai and related properties.

• Photos you upload. Used only to generate your projection. Stored encrypted at rest.
• Onboarding answers. Goal, experience, schedule, preferences, and similar inputs that shape your blueprint.
• Email address. Used to identify your account and deliver your projection and plan.
• Payment data. Processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and metadata but never your full card number.
• Product analytics. Anonymous event data via PostHog to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.

• process payments and handle refunds;
• respond to support requests;
• comply with legal obligations.

Your photo is encrypted, used only to generate your projection, and is not shared, sold, or used to train third-party models. You may request permanent deletion at any time by contacting support.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, under contracts that restrict their use of that information. Current providers include:

• Supabase (database and storage)
• Stripe (payments)
• Anthropic and OpenAI (model inference for projection and plan generation)
• PostHog (product analytics)
• Vercel (hosting)

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public.

We keep your account information and projection for as long as your account is active. You may request permanent deletion at any time, after which we will remove your personal data from production systems within a reasonable period, subject to limited legal and backup retention.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Physique is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
